We chose Lagos as the base for our surf school because it sits at the heart of the Algarve’s surf scene & it’s best surfing opportunities. Open to Atlantic swells and surrounded by both south- and west-facing beaches, these stretches of coast offers waves for the keen surfer almost every day of the year.

What level are the surf lessons suitable for?
Our lessons are designed exclusively for adults and are perfect for complete beginners or early-stage surfers who want to build confidence, learn the fundamentals, and enjoy a safe, fun introduction to surfing.
How many students are in each group?
Each session has 1 coach with a maximum of 6–8 students, ensuring personalised attention and safe practice.
How long is each surf lesson?
You can expect around 2 hours in the water, plus time for warm-up, equipment fitting, and the coach’s briefing on the beach.
What equipment is included?
We provide everything: surfboard, wetsuit, and rash vest. You just bring swimwear, sunscreen, water, and a towel.
How do pick-ups work?
We offer pick-ups from several designated locations in Lagos.
When you book online, you will see the list of pick-up points & the exact pick-up time for each location.
What time do the lessons begin?
Our lessons start at the same time every day, regardless of the pick-up point you choose. If you don’t require a transfer, contact us to request the exact meeting time and beach location.
Is lunch included?
No, lunch is not included. We recommend bringing a snack or planning lunch at one of the nearby cafés after your session.
